Meetup - Energy Tools Study Group

Our intention is to meet with like-minded people and share simple energy tools that we can use every day to feel better. Topics may include: places to tap on your body when you feel tired, what to do when you feel foggy or scrambled, ways to release stress, balance the chakras, energy test the food and supplements we take in, balance our meridians to improve digestion and lose weight, release pain, how the law of attraction works with the aura, how we can change our emotions - and on and on, there are hundreds of possibilities! Our energy is physical, mental, emotional and spiritual and when we align our energy first, the outside follows easily and naturally. All are welcome and there is no previous experience necessary.

Meetup - EFT Tapping Circle

Come learn all about tapping! We study a new technique or topic every month. EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), often also known as Meridian Tapping, is a powerful way to change any area of life from emotional upsets to fears to trauma to removing blocks to a life filled with joy and peace! Ultimately it helps us to be ourselves, freeing ourselves up from the limitations of our past beliefs and the hold negative past experiences have had on us. Learn how to clear past events or memories that get triggered frequently. Remove the blocks to creating more abundance and success in your life and find out how you can use EFT to heal from chronic physical and/or emotional pain. Eliminate phobias, fears, anxiety, food cravings and feelings of sadness or depression.

The beauty of EFT is that you can process your limiting beliefs whether you openly participate or prefer to remain private. As long as you tune into your emotional or physical issue, you will most likely see it resolve or significantly improve. All are welcome, no previous experience of EFT is necessary. It is simple to learn, even children can do it, and it only takes a few minutes, so it is a great tool for everyone's toolbox.  There is a saying in the EFT world - "Try it on everything!"

6 Week Energy Tools Class

~ Inspiring positive & resourceful kids ~

Do your kids know how to choose the positive?

Do your kids know how to calm themselves?

Do your kids know how to energize themselves when they are feeling down?

Give your kids a gift they will use for the rest of their lives - the ability to shift their own energy!

In this 6 Week Course, they will learn:

  • EFT - a gentle acupressure self calming technique

  • Visualization & Meditation

  • Affirmations

  • Energy exercises

  • The power of their thoughts and words

  • How the conscious and subconscious mind work

  • How to access their intuition

Every week, we will have fun activities including art projects and role play. The kids will learn empowering energy tools that they can use for years to come.

Each child will leave with a mini “tool box” of index cards they have created themselves, with a “tool” on each card, so they can refer back to these as they grow.
A list of resources will be provided for parents, along with activities you can do together.

Understanding the Power of Your Energy Body
and Subconscious Mind

Week 1 - The Energy Body - 4/14

What is the energy body? How does it work?

Learn about meridians, chakras and your aura.

Learn a simple daily 5 minute routine to keep your energies flowing.

How to zip up your aura in a crowd. What to do to stay clear thinking.

How to strengthen your immune system and energize when tired.

Learn muscle testing to test your food and supplements.

Week 2 - EFT or Meridian Tapping - 4/21

Learn a simple technique for stress reduction which uses tapping on acupressure points.

This is a self-empowerment tool that can be used for pain relief, anxiety, performance and weight loss.

Everyone will leave having experienced the technique for themselves and with instructions and knowledge on how to use it at home for themselves and their loved ones.

Week 3 - The Power of the Subconscious - 4/28

Scientists who study the mind say that around 95% of our decisions and behaviors stem from the subconscious mind, not the conscious. When they are in conflict, the subconscious always wins. Learn the prime directives of your subconscious mind, and how to get this power to work for you and not against you. The subconscious works for us 24/7 and is amazingly powerful, when we know how to tell it what we want.

Week 4 - Visualization and Intuition - 5/5

Bring all the learning together in this week. We will work with something we want to accomplish in our lives, bring it in by visualization. Any blocks can be cleared by EFT and we will use an NLP (neuro linguistic programming) technique to anchor our desired peak state into our bodies and minds.

Finding and changing our beliefs we grew up with about money. We will start a 7 day process for creating miracles. Bring a journal!

 

Using Power Resources

Allowing the subconscious to use a time when you were successful and transferring that success to money success. You will learn two variations of this technique. Also we will be starting a 28 day process for abundance. Bring your journal.

 

Tapping to Raise the Glass Ceiling

We all have set points for financial success, a level we seem to gravitate towards. Let’s change it! We will also be doing an NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) exercise to change the neural pathways.

 

Living Our Abundant Life

We will be creating a detailed picture of our abundant life and clearing any blocks with tapping. A powerful quantum jumping visualization will put us in touch with our abundant selves.

Hi Robin,
Just wanted to catch you up a bit from our session yesterday. I haven't had any real sugar since yesterday.  Also I took my son out to dinner and actually "craved " the salad I chose to eat. It wasn't a "chore" or "I should eat this" ....it was truly what I desired.  I ate half of it and pushed it away.  Usually, I have to just say to myself...."you have had enough" and then fight myself to not eat it all.   No such thing last night!!!!  I ate what I wanted, stopped and had no desire for anything else.  I even went to the fridge a few times to just see how I felt and there was no draw whatsoever for ANYTHING!!!!!  I went and got a muffin at the store this am to test out how I was feeling.  I ate 1 bite to see how it would taste.  It tasted fine but wasn't really what I wanted so I ate a banana instead. (actually, I only ate half the banana)  

I have not been hungry at all!!!!  I make myself eat a few bites of healthy choices to keep my metabolism going but then easily stop and walk away. I am amazed and beyond grateful. I almost did the "I can't believe this" but stopped myself.  My new affirmation is "I feel so good not having to spend so much energy dealing with food."  It's so weird to not have to fight myself or restrict myself because there are NO CRAVINGS !!!!!  I keep blessing this new way of being.     Rosie T. - Reading PA

Hi Robin,
Just wanted to let you know that since our tapping session on may 17th, I've dropped 5 pounds! Astonishing! Without cravings, without effort.  I think I told you, I am retiring June 29th. My "milestone" birthday was at the beginning of the month. So, friends and relatives have been giving me gifts, some of them gourmet chocolates. They are still sitting in the refrigerator. Prior to the tapping, I can tell you they would have been gone in a nanosecond.  I think I've had sweets on two occasions since the tapping, but I ate very small servings and that satisfied me. Those events didn't have the triggering effect of wanting to have more (and more...). Thank you!    Nan - Windsor CT

Good evening Robin,
I don't want to leave before telling you how grateful I am to you for sharing your generous and loving spirit. Your work has enabled me to begin a new journey. The grip on food has lessened, I have consciously eaten smaller portions while making better choices. It feels like I am beginning to take responsibility. Although the exercise needs more time together I have been getting a great deal of movement working with my Mother and I have lost 4 lbs. I have had bites or small portions of the foods I usually can't say no to and it has been enough. I really did not expect the food to take hold before the exercise!
